Methods of Payment Accepted

In order to continue providing services for our community, it is necessary for Encouraging Hearts Counseling, PLLC to be able to pay their bills. Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements are made.

2. Sliding scale fee for service
3. Visa, Master Card or Discover
4. Currently accept Anthem/ Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum United, Cigna, Passport Medicaid, CareSource, Humana Military/Tricare East
   

NOTE: If you are unable to keep your appointment please alert your therapist no later than 7:30am the day off your appointment to avoid a $35.00 charge.
